Print Preview...

Print Preview… allows you to specify which days of data to print, the number of charts to include per page, and the type of text or graphical data (e.g. Statistical Summary, Daily Step Data plots, a week's Report, etc.) to print. It will allow you to preview your selection, then to proceed with printing if desired. You must choose at least one data type.

If you are using a computer running Windows, and your previewed or printed pages seem clipped at the edges, use the Page Setup to set all 4 margins to zero.

Navigating Print Previews for Multiple Data Types: If you choose to preview more than one data type, you will be presented with a print preview screen for the first type. If you click the Print button, you will proceed to the printer controls for the first data type. After either printing or cancelling the print, you will be presented with the Print Preview for the 2nd data type. If you select Cancel in the Print Preview screen, you will bypass the controls for printing that data screen and will prodeed directly to the preview for the next data type.

Prior to initiating the Print Preview, we recommend you check your Page Setup... settings. If you want to use different page setups for printing the different data types for a file, you will need to select those data types in separate Print Preview... or Print... sessions, and modify your Page Setup between sessions.
